Well it was flying and I couldn't identify it. I was driving at the time so couldn't take photos when it was closer sadly. I only got a few shots when it was a long way off.
At first I thought it was a kite. Seemed to be tethered. Bright blue colour. But it was moving fairly quickly. Definitely not a drone. A plastic bag perhaps but it's motion was all wrong. Not much wind. It stuck st the same altitude of perhaps 200 feet. Not a balloon either.
And no I don't think it was aliens.
Picture taken on an s24 ultra through the windscreen whilst stationary at traffic lights. M4 Swansea. You need to zoom in a lot and not much detail sadly.
