  1. This memo was allegely written on February 27 1942 by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt to the Chief of Staff of US Army George Marshall. This memo that links the UFO crashes with the Los Angeles Air Raid of 1942, since it occurred only three days earlier. It alludes to “atomic secrets learned from study of celestial devices” and authorizes “Dr. Bush to proceed with the project without further delay.”

    Document surfaced in 1999. At about 10 pm, 16 September 1999, Tim Cooper meet at his front door a man carrying an arm load of documents. He apparently came from a maroon vehicle. He said he was the same person as the one who had called a few days earlier and had been sending him other materials. He apparently was source “S-2.” He said that he was with Army Intelligence, and had been assigned as a liaison officer with Foreign Technology Division at Dayton.” Tim and S-2 spoke for approximately 2–3 minutes with S-2 highlighting some of the contents identified on the previous page.     Waiting for everyone to come in to vehemently deny the veracity of this document! Even after we’ve had confirmation of MJ12s existence from “credible” sources. Remember folks, disinformation is key in the war the Military Industrial Complex is waging against disclosure.
