Said they saw it with their daughter in West Palmdale, CA at 9pm last night, near a softball park.
This is not my video it belongs to the op.
This could be an airplane with a flair however it seems to be stationary before continuing to accelerate in a upwards trajectory.
No further statement from my end hopefully this is 150 characters.
