At least some US media is reporting the story. It is interesting to note that the Canadian media source for the story filed FOIAs to get this information from the Canadian government/MoD. So far no US media has been interested enough on this topic to file any FOIAs. Though it seems like the Canadian authorities aren’t quite as paranoid and secretive as the US government, given how they respond to such questions.
