Saw multiple of these fast lights on the horizon, anyone know what that could have been

Out at the german country side visiting my GF's family, I spotted these fast lights going across the horizon, only managed to capture these two, but it happened a couple times before I started filming.

I assume its some kind of light on the ground sweeping across the sky at high speed, but I honestly don't know. It looked way different than any other light I could make out.

Video was shot on an iPhone 13 Pro, so a phone, and of course its just a blurry dark video, so I had to edit to even be able to show you. (it would've been completely dark otherwise)
