I was asked to do some clean up on this video, but I do not, nor the supplier, have any information about its origins.
The video is very low resolution, but the body of the craft is visible, and seems to match the proportions of other Black Triangle footage. The cadence of the lights is irregular, unlike navigation lights of conventional aircraft. The three auxiliary lights that travel with the main craft is relatively uncommon in these types of videos. The detached red orb “eye” has a translucent white trail (like a shuttlecock), which I also think is unique.
The audio is probably more intriguing than the video itself. The spatial placement of each speaker is done properly in the stereo mix, this is not something I would expect in a CGI hoax or disinformation production. Some of the observer’s dialogue seem to indicate that this is not their first experience with this type of event (Show transcript in player). Terminology such as “one machine” is not something I’ve not heard of before, implying all the lights are not independent but constitute a single device.
