Well well, does this make what John Ratcliffe and Avril Haines have said publicly recently even more interesting?

  2. Nice catch! Just watched the part you mentioned, very interesting indeed.

It does seem to align with all the secrecy that we’re being told to exist around this topic.

In the words of Lue Elizondo, let’s have that conversation.

“There’s no evidence” [as long as you assume ALL the evidence is false]

  4. [Cliff Sims](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cliff_Sims) is the former **Deputy Director** of the **Office of the Director of National Intelligence** (ODNI) — appointed 2017 — gave an interview on the Sean Ryan Show which has come out today,. A segment of that interview covered UAP briefings. That interview [is available in full here](https://youtu.be/YBcJhNmvU14?t=1514) (linked at relevant timestamp for the UAP portion).

Cliff doesn’t say much about UAP, however, he says that **only the Director of the ODNI was able to be briefed in full on UAPs**, and **everyone else from ODNI** was kicked out of the room during the briefings. He doesn’t say specifically who briefed him, just “the people who brief on these programs.”

    Here’s a [link to the relevant clip](https://x.com/RogueUAPTF/status/1841907463039094964).

**Transcript of the portion of the interview relating to UAP briefings below:**

    >**Cliff Sims**: So the people who brief on these programs come to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Now, to be in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, you have to have the highest security clearance that the U.S. government offers. I mean, these people that are in this office see to your point everything. I mean, they’re preparing the President’s daily brief every day. So they are seeing the most sensitive intelligence that the U.S. government has. Well, when we got there, you know, naturally, kind of the senior team wants to be in the room to hear… “well, let’s get the briefing too. Let’s get the briefing with the director.” *And they kicked everyone out of the room.*

    >**Sean Ryan**: Are you serious?

    >**Cliff Sims**: *Kicked everyone out of the room. Said, “we’re here to give the briefing to the director.”* And so even the people who saw all the most sensitive stuff in the U.S. government, that’s how sensitive they were about being willing to brief that. And that’s about all I can say about it.

    >**Sean Ryan**: So it is… it is… legitimately… the top, top, top level.

    >**Cliff Sims**: They are very, very sensitive about who has access to those programs. For sure.

    >**Sean Ryan**: Wow, that’s pretty telling. I mean… that alone is very telling.

    >**Cliff Sims**: Yeah.

Questions I have following this interview segment are:

    * Who would have been briefing the Director of National Intelligence on UAPs? The UAPTF? SAPCO/CAPCO? Someone else?
    * Are there other matters so sensitive that only The Director of National Intelligence themselves can be briefed on the matter, or are UAPs the only such matter? Presumably the Director needs the assistance of staff to properly function…
    * If the ODNI staff has the highest clearance, how can whomever briefs on UAPs even have authority to kick out the senior staff from the room? No “need to know?” And if not, who determines that?

  5. So when a senior government official says “I have not seen any evidence of NHI etc”, this is why. They are being literal in that sense
