For those who don’t know. Earlier this year (March if I recall), the DHS declassified a proposed SAP (special access program). This program originally was being ran out of the DIA but didn’t have the funding to continue so it got repackaged and passed around, landing on the DHS’ door steps.

This program was for the expressed purpose for studying, recovering, and reverse engineering advanced aerospace vehicles of “non-human” origin.

It being a proposed program doesn’t mean much on its own until you consider the fact that the only thing that stopped this from getting green lit was issues with funding.

There is a breakdown of a meeting with senators and high ranking personnel in regards to pitching Kona Blue.

When asked if there was any compelling reason as to why this program is being created an entire paragraph is redacted. What follows is every single person in the room getting on board with trying to get the project running.

I find this whole document to be EXTRAORDINARILY telling as to the sheer amount of damning info in the background and I’m shocked nobody said much of anything about it since its release. The full declassification is found here:

A breakdown by George Knapp if you don’t have the time:

Also another funny bit about this is that this was released by AARO in response to Grusch’s claims of a legacy program to try and disprove him: when in the documentary itself it references said legacy program and “acquiring already collected material” aka: crashed UAP.

Very interested to see what you guys think.

  2. One of my big takeaways is that this was another effort by Kirkpatrick to downplay the rhetoric that MASSIVELY backfired by basically putting display the very thing so many people wanted to have investigated.
