Just came across this piece from National Review and it sort of reminded me of an argument about 3 Body Problem having some basis in fact: what if instead of a literal alien tech suppressing advancements in Rocketry it’s the Feds? I don’t like MAGA or Musk’s views on a lot of things but over-regulation of space travel is definitely common ground.

Yes physics can be classified, so why not history and xenobiological history? There is upcoming hearings regarding this exact topic, including the secrecy surrounding crashed UFOs, or rather shot down UFOs and retreived bodies. I personally have seen a flying saucer.
