New Memorandum to Federal Records Officers posted on the National Archives website – As per NDAA 2024 All UAP records that can be disclosed to public must be transferred as digital copies to National Archives (NARA) no later than September 30, 2025.

Great to see this being implemented but “can be publicly disclosed” does a lot of work here. That depends on how well the upcoming hearings go and if any part of the UAPDA gets implemented. In which case “can be publicly disclosed” is going to be a very large bucket.
The more we have laws and regulations and soon court decisions and precedent around UFO, UAP and NHI topics the harder it will be to deny. Normalization and Disclosure of the future by bureaucracy will be the most American thing ever. Here’s the best part: like water, the bureaucracy wins *every* fight it ever gets into. *Every* fight.
