A witness in Taiwan captured curious footage of a weirdly shaped UFO that appeared hovering in the sky over a city. The odd sighting reportedly occurred last Friday morning in the community of Hualien.
DISCLAIMER: I don’t know if this is legit or anything, but it just showed up for me through Ground news and I thought it seemed interesting, so thought I’d share it here.

good catch, it’s rotating like some UAP in the videos out there and not just floating like a balloon
I’m not one of those “it’s a balloon” guys… but uh…
That looks like a silver beachball with the same shape/seams as a hacky sack.
“Hovering and staying in one place” … that can’t be determined from a 15 second video that zooms in and out over and over. If anything… it is clearly floating upward… like something filled with helium.
The rotating could be caused by any number of environmental/construction factors.
