Hello guys! I was flying over Chile's airspace then we were flying over the pacific ocean next to chile & Antofagasta and we spotted these static lights in the clouds. If some of you know this please clear me up. Thanks for reading!
Photo quality is a bit average, but I’d say squid boats.

A fleet of commercial fishing boats. They have very bright lights at night. Possible the cloud layer is low enough to absorb a lot of the light they are putting out.
