(I’ve read reports that some of our secret projects, reverse engineered from retrievals, involve a circular energy generator on bottom of craft—which here, itself looks a lot like various “secret”planes, eg tr3a, x117, aurora, etc)

I think I’ve seen Mick West call this one a kite. Not saying I endorse his assessment, just what I saw him post on Twitter.
That was posted before and said to be some kind of kite
The US has broken into the technology and has been flying these vehicles for a dozen years. The big holdup is that they are unable to figure out how to make the 30 mm cannons fire from them.
