Did the two girls known as June and Vicky Melling who saw the Owlman in April 1976 actually exist? I saw Wikipedia stating that the owlman was a hoax probably made by Tony Shields. It also said that it could also have been an owl. But the thing on my mind is, did the Melling family ever exist or were they made up by Tony Shields. He does have a history of hoaxes after all.
