I recorded all of this and the next 2 parts on July 4th. I hadn’t gone out for a couple nights but decided it would be a good idea to during the night of the 4th because these things are attracted to activity in the sky so I figured everyone setting off fireworks would bring them out. The sky was full of them that night from end to end. I used the tripod for a good bit of these videos, but I had to stop at points to catch what was going overhead. The tripod makes it very difficult to catch anything coming close and darting overhead or maneuvering very evasively. I got a good video of one on night vision as well I’ll be posting soon
