Looks like a spent bullet shell laying down on a blue table cloth.

From close inspection in Premiere Pro, it seems there is a figure and there is a dashboard on the left (our left) which never changes shape. Also the figure has very long eyes, almost lizard like. Call me crazy but this is from thorough investigation. Sometimes I feel like I am losing my mind with all these sightings.
