If there’s disinfo messaging out there, this post on the aliens super is quite a incredible display of it

  1. SS: This was a shocking post to see. First, the framing of the OP post is absolutely bizzare, its title is “Dave Grusch is an American hero, taking risks but no rewards. Is this fair?” Then proceeds to lay out the net worths of Corbell, Knapp, and Grusch using a source that is flimsy at best, but values shown (middle millions) against the message seem to suggest that the OP is actually trying to paint them as grifts. See for yourself, it’s *weird*.

Sure enough every single comment is calling Grusch nothing more than a grifter. Or, if not that, “nothing more than a mouthpiece” for the government. Every. Single. Comment. Here are some examples:
    >Is he really a whistleblower if everything he’s saying, the top guys are ALLOWING him to say? He’s basically a spokesperson for them. Any of the top secret stuff, he just says he can’t speak about it
    >What risks? He says what is sanctioned by the pentagon
    >Whistleblowers don’t take their marching orders from the state department. He’s a public a relations agent.
    >what kind of whistleblower has all the things he’s going to say approved by the entity he’s blowing the whistle on? hahah you must be pretty smart
    >I’m not convinced any risks are being taken.
    >A hero? No. He’s given his talking points by the higher ups. He’s not a whistleblower, he’s a government agent and you’ve been duped.

The establishment is amazingly adept at twisting things into a pretzel to force certain beliefs about particular people or topics. This being one of them.
