Taken 9/21/2024 in Manhattan. There were blinking drones and small planes / helicopters flying all over the skies but this object was above the clouds and larger and had no flashing strobe lights on it.
Taken 9/21/2024 in Manhattan. There were blinking drones and small planes / helicopters flying all over the skies but this object was above the clouds and larger and had no flashing strobe lights on it.
I was sitting at dinner near the South Street Seaport in Manhattan in the evening of 9/21/2024, admiring the large number if quadcopter drones buzzing in The skies overhead—easily recognizable from their blinking red and blue lights. Suddenly this larger, solid white object came into view above brooklyn and slowly headed north above the East River. No flashing aviation strobes and the object appeared to be larger than the small helicopters taking off nearby and clearly blinking. You can see it pass behind the faint clouds in the sky. Sharing the video here just for the records and discussion. If anyone can identify, please do. Thanks
