I always look at the sky when I'm walking my dog on this pretty empty cow road. I looked to my left and saw this in the sky. It stayed in place for several seconds and then very slowly moved away until suddenly it disappeared. It feels like it came out of nowhere and I definitely would have seen it considering the direction I came from.
Sorry, my phone is old and this was the best I could do, especially because I couldn't see where I was pointing my phone because it was so sunny.
