Strange phenomenon in Australia

I found this video on Instagram. No source mentioned expect that it’s supposed to be in Australia. No time or date.

Doesn’t look like lights coming from the ground as the whole cloud lights up at times. Maybe CGI but hard to tell… otherwise looks pretty real.

Anyone has an explanation for this?
