Calgary AB, Oct 2, 1am Pt 2: Unusual behaviour, helicopter?

The craft came back into view, erratic movement. This was filmed from inside my bedroom out the window facing west. It went out of sight behind the eaves, so I went back into the backyard and didn't see it, that was the end of this video. Maybe these speeds are extremely prosaic. It just seemed very like the movement was random and didn't make much sense as a police flight path. Again, no rotor noise, not that you could necessarily hear it from this far away. I understand now helicopters can fly as high as 20,000' so it should be a very plausible height for the most plausible prosaic answer, but something just felt a little off.
