Isn't he the best person to testify? With his access to insiders he can point the reps in the right direction.

He is the first hand (witness) whistleblower we are looking for who apparently has met with insiders in the program.

After looking into his story a bit more he seems very believable to me. The criticisms to his story really don’t hold up of you look closer.

His team leader Nathan who dismissed his testimony wasn’t even part of his expedition on that day. He shared a picture of Herrera who has denied that it is him.

Getting him as a first hand witness to testify would be a big step forward in my opinion.

Not without his squad mates subpoenaed right next to him to verify every single detail. At least Grusch had plenty of (classified) receipts to prove his claims. Herrera has a story. Well, two now. Apparently a former junior enlisted marine grunt gets flown out like a VIP to be given a tour of the most closely held secret in world history with nothing really expected in return. Not his silence, not a recant, not even a disclosure of the place. Just like a friendly tour for a guy that got spooked.
I’m tired of the Herrera stories without any proof.
