He presents a comprehensive critique of ufology's attempt to use the scientific method as the paradigm for UFO investigations. Instead he proposes an intelligence-counterintelligence model as one that matches the extraordinary challenges posed by UFO intelligences to elite terrestrial forces responsible for the UFO coverup.
