What’s the source for this? Looks like it’s from a book but I’m unfamiliar with it. I’ve seen people talk about the triangle and 3 lines before, probably an EOC video.

The idea that humans got any tech from aliens is an extraordinary claim because it’s contrary to the mountain of evidence of _all_ known tech having a clear development path.
If there’s tech from exchanges in the possession of a few that’s not known, then there’s no public evidence of that, including it never being known to have been used.
It might be consistent with the human experience if we consider some exchanges involving giving arms to less technological cultures in human history, except in such cases they didn’t keep their new munitions secret; they made use of them as often as they could.
Russia has done considerable satellite photography of American soil. Why would Russia keep this secret?
What would be a benefit of creating artificial hybrids that can’t be accomplished in a simpler way?

I recognize the symbols on page 35, but they look like mixtures of different occult alphabets.. primarily masonic, enochian, theban, and futhark

It’s an interesting read but nothing in there indicates to me that it’s legit. Lack of document identification numbers for one.
