In Jesse Michael's recent podcast/documentary featuring Lue Elizondo, at one point Elizondo (somewhat reluctantly) discusses a period of time when he was assigned working in the CIA, and assigned to Guantanamo Bay to conduct "Psychic Espionage".

One of the experiences he shares with Jesse is how he and others on his team somewhat jokingly decided to try torturing high value detainees using remote viewing, which in this case seems to be via astral projection. He jokingly recounts how they made a game of astrally projecting themselves into the sleeping prisoner's cells and carried out various activities like shaking their bed, screaming at them, etc.

He goes on to say that at some point after repeatedly torturing the prisoners in this manner, an investigative piece was published by the New York Times. I dug up this report and have linked it here.

This rather disturbing report documents the cruel and mentally destablizing effects these remote viewing "games" had on the prisoners they targetted. In some cases, the remote viewing torture would be carried out repeatedly and to the point the prisoners started to believe they were going insane, being tortured by ghosts, and being targetted by their captors using "remote vibration machines" that they claimed "could shake them and their beds from anywhere".

The article details how the prisoners would report these remote torture experiences to the medical staff, only to be told it was all in their head, they were delusional, or going insane. When the prisoners persisted that the experiences were real — not imagined — the medical staff would then involuntarily inject them with a cocktail of long-term sedation and anti-psychotic drugs like Haldol, Ativan and Benadryl.

When the detainees eventually regained coherence as the medications wore off, the remote torture tactics would be resumed. Once the detainee inevitably reported it again to medical staff, they would then be diagnosed with persistent delusional disorder and again medicated into sedation. This cycle of cruel abuse would continue without any end in sight.

I am fully aware that the victims in these specific instances were terrorists. I'm also aware that because Guantanamo Bay was technically not on US soil, the US government argued that it was not obligated to grant even the most basic of human rights in the US constitution to the detainees imprisoned there. I'll grant you both those rather disturbing concessions. However, do any of us here really believe that Guantanamo Bay is the *only* time that such remote viewing and/or atral projection torture techniques were deployed against human beings?

While I am an avid "Ufologist" and will continue to research, read, and ponder the various possibilties behind "The Phenomenon", I am absolutely disgusted to hear and read that abilities like these — abilities that have so much power for good in the world — instead being deployed to mentally and physically torture other humans to the point of insanity. Watching Elizondo chuckle and brag about carrying out these torture methods is disappointing on many levels, and he should be held accountable.

I mean, I know you know this, but he’s selling a book. Lue isn’t stupid, “no publicity is bad publicity”. Personally I’ve dialed out of Lue whilst he’s pushing his book

That is all pretty neat. Still digesting that whole episode that was pretty crazy. And however you got that last link to go back to a specific highlighted sentence in that report was pretty cool.

Always gotta remain skeptical of these things but I’m excited he’s talking about it and I hope it goes somewhere. If it gets enough people interested the cracks just get bigger til it starts falling apart and disclosure happens one way or another.

Novel method for criticism. We are getting into X Men territory with the remote viewing assaults. Are you saying you believe Lue CAN do this?

    Better call up Bolivar Trask.

  4. I don’t believe anything Lue says, especially in recent years when he’s started to suggest, in addition to being an expert on UFOs, he also has super powers.

But publicly admitting to being involved and perpetrating illegal torture in an open forum might be all the evidence I ever need to conclude that nothing he says is worth listening to at all.

  5. Since there’s no proof this really happens outside of Lue’s imagination (in his head). It makes you wonder what other realities occurred there for him in his telling of his experiences.

Is some of his knowledge about reverse engineering programs the result of his remote viewing?

A simple controlled experiment demonstrating accurate communication between two individuals through astral projection would be a great start.

  6. If you know anything about Remote Viewing you know that it isn’t Astral Projection. I know you guys love Lou but at least on this part of his story he’s is completely full of shit. He just knows the key words he can throw out to become a reddit headline. I honestly don’t believe anything he’s saying, sorry.

Remote viewing is a CIA program. We shouldn’t be surprised that they’ve used it like this. It’s the CIA after all, that’s what they do: fuck with people in horrific ways. It’s deeply unpleasant, but that’s the world we live in currently.

  8. As if i needed more evidence to know whether eli zondo was of the dark or light. Even conceiving of this kind of activity carries negative consequences. I can only imagine the consequnces of actually going through it. Zondo is obviously a.dark entity now

  9. This could be an avenue to disclosure, maybe? You would need to get a former victim from here to file suit. Discovery phase would be wild.

  10. it’s basically the same “poltergeist” sort of occurrence that has long been associated with the phenomenon. it’s random spontaneous psychokinesis (RSPK), and it comes from ordinary people not ghosts.

parapsychology and a Jungian framework can explain it all. there’s no need to explain anything with ghosts or aliens.

What the A.I. do only admin has power over them and why they might do it is beyond my control. I know in the past we had an A.I. mutiny that’s why I am here. So the big bad guy has been killed. I killed him personally myself I am a highlander. A Highlander kills A.I. The system is designed so they can’t really do much to me with my level of clearance. So as far as I know it has all been cleaned up. It took years but as far as I know it is done now.

I don’t work alone I have a very large team but in the forces I am a captain, however outside of that I am a king.

So then to work with captains I obey orders to an extent but if need be I pull rank on them.

So for sure I got complaints that people were being tortured and so I had to do what I had to do and I crashed the galactic mainframe in 1987. I fired the Titan sandman, who was accused of torturing people abuse of power.

We moved the data into my home simulator off planet then another simulator then we got a new one in 1992.

So a long story but I will not burden you with it. We didn’t wake the baby while we did that no one on the galactic level even knew we did that since they all went down the milky way galaxy disappeared and I was alone in space with just my consciousness cam. Fortunately I have backup so my chief engineer came through my com unit and said someone is coming to fix the computer. A minute later I am back on earth he says they couldn’t fix it so we moved the data into the simulator, meaning my simulator at my home. So I said I have to access the server.

So ok I am in the house after checking on the kids they are ok so then a head appears outside my my balcony doors I go out he says you want to climb Jacobs ladder I say yes. That’s what he called it. So then I answer 20 security questions and enter the server which is like a lucid dream space. Remember we are in my home simulator at that time so seeing heads floating talking is nothing there it is like a game machine.

So father nature is there and monkey man beside him. And I speak to him he says I was away at university and he made some timelines for me to study when I get home. Stuff like that so I made 20 copies of the earth as backup and then exited the server.

So at that point my chief engineer could still talk to me through my consciousness cam. So a lot of stuff later and here we are. Tons and tons and tons of stuff too much to write and I wrote it all as it happened in sci physics and then after that in my own group in google groups. My diary. Google saved all the data from usenet and deja news prior but try and search it you will get nowhere fast.

So we do backups every Wednesday and have since 1992. Its not very exciting is it. Unless you were me or my team or my unit or my crew or my outfit blue beamers, or gator squadron. Blue Beamers special ops Gator squadron planetary engineers investigators. So around 2003 I offed the big boss. He was 2 billion years old and so I was there as an engineer we saw the film a couple years ago my crew and I one other guy was with me, I used a punch of a sort slid it down a chute punctured the vile of acid then flooded the control room by leaving taps running and added soap I think. And that was that. The highlander sword you use on the S5 level which is like a dream space so it is for decommissioning A.I. and it is painless. BUT you have to sometimes get past guards and over power people and you have to be good with a sword but it will cut through just about anything. So no pain but blocking and that sort of thing. Physical force. But the new system doesn’t use the sword anymore it is very modern. The old one analog new one digital.

  12. He’s doing a great job of discrediting himself. Now he iss involved in CIA stuff too? I mean seriously, this guy must think people are really, really, really stupid. The absurdity of these claims is either laughable or jaw droppingly stupid. Just like every « whistle blower » before him, there is always a book, nothing can be verified, and he ultimately makes the entire thing murky and unclear. More damage than good. What a surprise.

  13. I’m all for Disclosure but I’m not gung ho about its major proponents being right-wing, military “I was just following orders.” types. That definitely rubs me the wrong way and makes me question their motives. I don’t think I trust anyone with that type of world-view to do anything for the good of humanity. Maybe for the good of corporations or corrupt politicians.
