Chairman Mike Turner was reportedly blindsided by Speaker Johnson’s decision to add Scott Perry (R-PA) and Ronny Jackson (R-TX) to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
Following Dave Grusch’s testimony to Congress in 2023, Perry relayed the following:
“The truth, whatever it is, regardless of what the subject is, belongs with the American people, not in these halls, not in some other place in some building in downtown Washington, D.C.- out with the American people.”
Perry went further in a July 26, 2023 post on X:
“Americans have every right to know the full scope of UAPs/UFOs — the claims today, while sensational, come from very credible witnesses, all with military experience and high security clearances. We need and deserve to know what we are dealing with here.”
