I am not saying for sure one way or the other but i took the photos at my apartment in St.Louis MO.
I don’t believe it was at normal airline cruising altitude.
Never saw any wings or anything also was dead silent classic tic-tac visually and historical description of a tic-tac ufo
Obviously no clouds but yet in my best description it was reflecting the sun then not then reflecting the sun the not on a regular interval.
I believe changed speeds (just sort of gliding then went a little faster then slowed)
This is also my second sighting of something strange here.
